    I plan to arrive/depart by plane. Is it possible to transfer using this bus?

    If you are transferring to or from a flight, please allow at least 30 minutes after arrival and 60 minutes before departure for domestic flights, and 60 minutes after arrival and 90 minutes before departure for international flights. (This may vary depending on crowding) You can purchase tickets within the bus, or you can pre-purchase your tickets here.

    You can pre-purchase your tickets here. You can pay by credit card or at a Japanese convenient store, after which the tickets will be sent to you via mail. Please bring a print out of this mail with you. You can also buy tickets on the day of use at the airport or on the bus without pre-purchasing them.

    You cannot reserve a particular seat on the bus, but in pre-purchasing a ticket you can guarantee that you can take a particular bus.
    (If you buy your ticket on the day of use, sometimes the bus may be fully booked, so we recommend pre-purchasing your tickets)

    You can cancel pre-purchased tickets via the web page that you made the reservation on. Please check the confirmation email sent to you for more details. Cancelations fees may apply. Tickets purchased at the counter or within the bus can be refunded only if prior to departure time.

    Depending on traffic the bus may run later than scheduled, and bad weather may cause bus service cancellations.

    Pets that are kept within a special case with a height, width and depth totaling no more than 90cm may be carried on the bus.

    The Free Pass is valid for 3 days / 5 days from the date of issue.
    You can use this pass on this line as many times as you like for 3 consecutive or 5 consecutive days (not valid for getting on and off only within the same area)
